1. Who this covers

This draft describes personal data Motix actually uses in the current app. Motix is operated by MOHAMMED AYAAR BLOGGING SERVICES (Arabic name: محمد عيار لخدمات التدوين الإلكتروني), trade license 1162461. No premises address is stated because an approved address has not been supplied. Motix does not use a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app today.

2. Account data

When you register or sign in, Motix uses Supabase Auth. Depending on the method you choose, this includes a UAE mobile number and SMS one-time codes, a UAE mobile number and password, email or username and password, and/or a Google sign-in. Password reset uses the email on the account. Guest browsing is a local on-device flag; it does not create an anonymous cloud account.

3. Profile data

Your profile may store username, display name, bio, photo, city, phone number, email, website or social links, pronouns, gender, language preference, whether the account is private, who can message you, and whether your phone is shown on listings. Some fields are optional. Admin-managed flags such as verification or account VIP are stored on the same profile and are not edited by you. Profile city and profile gender are separate from the residence-country and optional birth-year fields used for My Stats audience aggregates (see section 6).

4. Listings and media

If you post a listing, Motix stores the category (cars, motorcycles, plates, accessories, or phone numbers), photos, optional videos, price, location or emirate, description, and any seller phone you add. Reels may include video recorded with the camera or picked from your library, optional text or audio edits, and a Motix watermark when you save a copy to your device. Profile photos, listing images, listing videos, and accessory images are uploaded to Motix cloud storage (Supabase Storage).

5. Social features and activity

Motix stores direct messages, follow relationships and follow requests, blocks, listing favorites, and search alerts you create. Recently viewed listings are stored on your device. If you allow notifications, Motix stores an Apple Push Notification device token to deliver alerts. The app also stores local preferences such as language, autoplay, and data-saver settings.

6. Residence country and birth year

New accounts (Apple, Google, email, or phone) complete a one-time screen after sign-up: residence country is required; birth year is optional (year only — no day or month) and can be skipped. Motix does not show that screen again after it is completed. Existing accounts are not re-prompted. Motix does not guess these values from listing location, browse location, IP address, or Promote targeting preferences, and does not collect gender for this purpose.

When you save these fields, Motix stores only the country code and optional birth year you submit, linked to your account, in Motix’s database (Supabase), through authenticated RPCs. You can edit them later in Settings. You can clear birth year alone, or clear the stored declaration. Owners never receive your individual answers.

Motix uses saved fields only to build aggregated audience counts for listing owners in My Stats (for example country and age-range bars). Counts are based on unique viewers who opened the owner’s content in the selected period and who have declared the relevant field. Motix hides age or country groups with fewer than five people in that period, and does not show those breakdowns until enough declared viewers are present (at least ten in the current product rules). Promote campaign targeting does not use this data.

Retention: Motix keeps saved fields while they remain on your account. Birth year is removed when you clear it in Settings. The stored row is removed when you clear the declaration or when your Auth account is deleted. This policy does not state whether backups keep a copy after deletion, because that was not verified.

7. Motix AI

Motix AI is a camera preview for signed-in Motix accounts. Guests cannot use it, and nothing is sent until you agree. The selected photo goes to a Motix cloud function, which calls OpenAI POST /v1/images/edits. The model is the server setting MOTIX_AI_IMAGE_MODEL, or gpt-image-2.5-sunburst when that setting is empty. The request does not set a store parameter and does not request Zero Data Retention. OpenAI’s data-controls page for this endpoint says the data is not used for training, abuse-monitoring logs are kept for up to 30 days, and there is no application-state retention. Zero Data Retention for this model applies only if OpenAI has approved it for the organization; that approval is not part of the Motix request. OpenAI says an image flagged as potential child sexual abuse material is kept for review even when Zero Data Retention is on. Motix does not store the preview photo in Motix Storage. 8. Payments

General payment is off. Motix does not collect card numbers. If Apple verifies a promotion top-up, Motix stores that receipt’s product, amount in fils, currency, environment, and transaction identifier. The card number is not stored. Apple processes the charge.

9. Why we use this data

Motix uses this data to operate accounts, show and rank marketplace content, deliver messages and notifications, apply your privacy and contact settings, store media you upload, run the Motix AI preview for signed-in accounts, and provide support. When you save residence country (required for new accounts) and optional birth year, Motix also uses those fields to show aggregated audience insights to listing owners in My Stats. Public profile fields and public listings are visible to other users. Seller contact details follow the visibility settings you choose.

10. Who else receives data

Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage, and cloud functions for Motix. Google receives data if you choose Google sign-in. Your mobile carrier and the SMS provider used by Auth receive your number when you request a one-time code. Apple receives a device token if you enable push notifications on iOS. When promotion purchase is enabled, Apple also processes that StoreKit charge; Motix does not receive the card number. OpenAI receives Motix AI preview photos when that feature runs for your account. Other Motix users see the public information you publish. Listing owners may see aggregated audience counts in My Stats; they do not receive individual residence or birth-year answers. Motix does not sell personal data.

11. Device permissions

Motix may ask for camera, microphone, and photo-library access to create listings and reels, and to save a watermarked reel. Notification permission is used for alerts. You can change these permissions in system settings. Denying a permission disables the feature that needs it.

12. Retention and your choices

Account, listing, message, and media data are kept while the account exists so the app can function. You can edit profile fields, change privacy and phone-visibility settings, and remove listings you own. If Motix has enabled collection and you saved residence country and optional birth year, you can edit them in Settings, clear birth year alone, or clear the stored declaration; those actions update Motix’s live database for your account. Account deletion that completes Auth removal also removes that row with the Auth account. From Settings you can delete your own account: Motix verifies your session, lists files from your owned upload paths, removes those files through Storage, then deletes your account data, and finally deletes your Auth account. Deletion is not complete if file cleanup or any step fails; you can retry. Other users’ accounts and files are not deleted. This policy does not state whether backups retain a copy after deletion, because that was not verified.

13. Children
(Pending review)

Motix is a marketplace app. It is not directed at children. A specific minimum age has not been adopted in this draft and is pending review.

2. بيانات الحساب

4. الإعلانات والوسائط

إذا نشرت إعلاناً، يخزّن Motix الفئة (سيارات، دراجات نارية، لوحات، إكسسوارات، أو أرقام هواتف)، والصور، والفيديو الاختياري، والسعر، والموقع أو الإمارة، والوصف، وأي رقم بائع تضيفه. قد تشمل الريلز فيديو من الكاميرا أو من مكتبتك، وتعديلات نص أو صوت اختيارية، وعلامة Motix المائية عند حفظ نسخة على جهازك. تُرفع صور الملف الشخصي وصور الإعلانات وفيديوهاتها وصور الإكسسوارات إلى تخزين Motix السحابي (Supabase Storage).

5. الميزات الاجتماعية والنشاط

يخزّن Motix الرسائل المباشرة، وعلاقات المتابعة وطلبات المتابعة، والحظر، والإعلانات المفضلة، وتنبيهات البحث التي تنشئها. الإعلانات المشاهدة مؤخراً تُحفظ على جهازك. إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يخزّن Motix رمز جهاز لإشعارات Apple لإرسال التنبيهات. يحفظ التطبيق أيضاً تفضيلات محلية مثل اللغة والتشغيل التلقائي وتوفير البيانات.

6. بلد الإقامة وسنة الميلاد

تُكمل الحسابات الجديدة (Apple أو Google أو البريد أو الهاتف) شاشة لمرة واحدة بعد التسجيل: بلد الإقامة مطلوب؛ سنة الميلاد اختيارية (السنة فقط — بلا يوم أو شهر) ويمكن تخطيها. لا يعيد Motix عرض تلك الشاشة بعد إكمالها. الحسابات الحالية لا تُعاد مطالبتها. لا يستنتج Motix هذه القيم من موقع الإعلان أو بلد التصفح أو عنوان IP أو تفضيلات استهداف الترويج، ولا يجمع الجنس لهذا الغرض.

عند حفظ هذه الحقول، يخزّن Motix فقط رمز الدولة وسنة الميلاد الاختيارية اللذين ترسلهما، مرتبطين بحسابك، في قاعدة بيانات Motix (Supabase)، عبر استدعاءات مصادَقة. يمكنك تعديلها لاحقاً من الإعدادات. يمكنك مسح سنة الميلاد وحدها، أو مسح التصريح المخزَّن. أصحاب المحتوى لا يستلمون إجاباتك الفردية.

يستخدم Motix الحقول المحفوظة فقط لبناء أعداد جمهور مجمّعة لأصحاب الإعلانات في «إحصائياتي» (مثل أشرطة البلدان والفئات العمرية). تعتمد الأعداد على مشاهدين فريدين فتحوا محتوى المالك في الفترة المختارة ولديهم الحقل المصرّح به ذو الصلة. يخفي Motix مجموعات البلد أو العمر التي يقلّ عددها عن خمسة أشخاص في تلك الفترة، ولا يعرض تلك التفصيلات حتى يتوفر عدد كافٍ من المشاهدين المصرّحين (عشرة على الأقل وفق قواعد المنتج الحالية). استهداف حملات الترويج لا يستخدم هذه البيانات.

الاحتفاظ: يبقي Motix الحقول المحفوظة طالما بقيت على حسابك. تُزال سنة الميلاد عند مسحها من الإعدادات. يُزال الصف المخزَّن عند مسح التصريح أو عند حذف حساب المصادقة. لا تذكر هذه السياسة ما إذا كانت النسخ الاحتياطية تحتفظ بنسخة بعد الحذف، لأن ذلك لم يُتحقق منه.

7. Motix AI

Motix AI معاينة بالكاميرا لحسابات Motix المسجّلة. لا يستخدمها الزائر، ولا يُرسل شيء قبل موافقتك. تذهب الصورة المختارة إلى دالة سحابية في Motix تستدعي واجهة OpenAI لتعديل الصور. النموذج هو إعداد الخادم MOTIX_AI_IMAGE_MODEL، أو gpt-image-2.5-sunburst إذا كان الإعداد فارغاً. لا يضبط الطلب معامل التخزين ولا يطلب الاحتفاظ الصفري. صفحة ضوابط بيانات OpenAI لهذه الواجهة تقول إن البيانات لا تُستخدم للتدريب، وتُحفظ سجلات مراقبة الإساءة حتى 30 يوماً، ولا يوجد احتفاظ لحالة التطبيق. الاحتفاظ الصفري لهذا النموذج ينطبق فقط إذا وافقت OpenAI عليه للمنظمة، وهذه الموافقة ليست جزءاً من طلب Motix. تقول OpenAI إن الصورة التي يُشتبه أنها مادة استغلال أطفال تُحفظ للمراجعة حتى مع الاحتفاظ الصفري. لا يخزّن Motix صورة المعاينة في تخزين Motix. النسخة العامة من هذه السياسة: https://emsqnwzryebfmnrhakdw.supabase.co/functions/v1/motix-privacy.

8. المدفوعات

الدفع العام متوقف. لا يجمع Motix أرقام البطاقات. إذا تحققت Apple من شحن ترويج، يخزّن Motix منتج الإيصال ومبلغه بالفلس وعملته وبيئته ومعرّف المعاملة. رقم البطاقة غير محفوظ. Apple هي التي تحصّل المبلغ.

9. سبب استخدام هذه البيانات

يستخدم Motix هذه البيانات لتشغيل الحسابات، وعرض محتوى السوق وترتيبه، وإيصال الرسائل والإشعارات، وتطبيق إعدادات الخصوصية والتواصل، وحفظ الوسائط التي ترفعها، وتشغيل معاينة Motix AI للحسابات المسجّلة، وتقديم الدعم. عند حفظ بلد الإقامة (مطلوب للحسابات الجديدة) وسنة الميلاد الاختيارية، يستخدم Motix هذه الحقول أيضاً لعرض إحصاءات جمهور مجمّعة لأصحاب الإعلانات في «إحصائياتي». حقول الملف العام والإعلانات العامة ظاهرة للمستخدمين الآخرين. بيانات تواصل البائع تتبع إعدادات الإظهار التي تختارها.

10. من يستلم البيانات أيضاً

توفّر Supabase المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات والدوال السحابية لـ Motix. تستلم Google بيانات إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبرها. يستلم مشغّل هاتفك ومزوّد الرسائل المستخدم في المصادقة رقمك عند طلب رمز التحقق. تستلم Apple رمز الجهاز إذا فعّلت الإشعارات على iOS. عندما يكون شراء الترويج مفعّلاً، تعالج Apple أيضاً تحصيل StoreKit؛ ولا يستلم Motix رقم البطاقة. تستلم OpenAI صور معاينة Motix AI عندما تعمل الميزة لحسابك. يرى مستخدمو Motix الآخرون المعلومات العامة التي تنشرها. قد يرى أصحاب الإعلانات أعداد جمهور مجمّعة في «إحصائياتي»؛ ولا يستلمون إجابات فردية عن بلد الإقامة أو سنة الميلاد. لا يبيع Motix البيانات الشخصية.

11. أذونات الجهاز

قد يطلب Motix الوصول إلى الكاميرا والميكروفون ومكتبة الصور لإنشاء الإعلانات والريلز ولحفظ ريل بعلامة مائية. يُستخدم إذن الإشعارات للتنبيهات. يمكنك تغيير هذه الأذونات من إعدادات النظام. رفض الإذن يعطّل الميزة التي تحتاجه.

12. الاحتفاظ وخياراتك

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والإعلانات والرسائل والوسائط طالما الحساب قائم ليعمل التطبيق. يمكنك تعديل حقول الملف، وتغيير الخصوصية وإظهار الرقم، وحذف إعلاناتك. إذا فعّل Motix الجمع وحفظت بلد الإقامة وسنة الميلاد الاختيارية، يمكنك تعديلها من الإعدادات، أو مسح سنة الميلاد وحدها، أو مسح التصريح المخزَّن؛ تحدّث تلك الإجراءات قاعدة Motix الحيّة لحسابك. حذف الحساب الذي يكتمل بحذف حساب المصادقة يزيل ذلك الصف مع حساب المصادقة. من الإعدادات يمكنك حذف حسابك: يتحقق Motix من جلستك، ويحصر الملفات من مسارات الرفع المملوكة لك، ويزيلها عبر Storage، ثم يحذف بيانات الحساب، ثم حساب المصادقة. لا يُعد الحذف مكتملاً إذا بقي تنظيف مطلوب أو فشلت خطوة؛ يمكنك إعادة المحاولة. لا تُحذف حسابات الآخرين أو ملفاتهم. لا تذكر هذه السياسة ما إذا كانت النسخ الاحتياطية تحتفظ بنسخة بعد الحذف، لأن ذلك لم يُتحقق منه.

13. الأطفال

Motix تطبيق سوق، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال. لم يُعتمد حد عمر أدنى محدّد في هذه المسودة وهو بانتظار المراجعة.
